Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Compensation: $16.75 per hour

Shift: 2 PM - 11 PM

What You’ll Do:
  1. Support the Store Manager and District Manager in overall store operations.
  2. Help achieve performance and profit goals through team development and training.
  3. Monitor store financial performance and inventory, ensuring shelves are stocked and waste is minimized.
  4. Communicate with vendors regarding stocking issues and manage cash handling procedures.
  5. Analyze audit results and implement corrective actions.
  6. Supervise daily tasks and performance of team members.
  7. Provide feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
  8. Respond to guest inquiries and complaints, actively seeking feedback to improve service.
  9. Ensure safety, service, and operational standards are met or exceeded.
  10. Implement and oversee safety programs in compliance with laws and policies.
  11. Report and document incidents promptly.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience, preferably in retail or convenience stores.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, kneel, and bend during shifts.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Understanding of retail financial aspects.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn store computer applications.
  • Flexibility to work at different locations as needed.
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
