The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking engaged, energetic Assistant Store Managers to lead a team of high-performing Health Enthusiasts (that’s what we call our team members).

Responsibilities

At The Vitamin Shoppe, you will…

  1. Support the Store Manager in executing store operations with excellence.
  2. Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting your team to do the same.
  3. Assist with recruiting and developing top talent.
  4. Foster external community relationships to help grow sales.
  5. Lead with integrity and accountability.
  6. Support continuous education and participate in company-driven training initiatives.
  7. Maintain store appearance, follow loss prevention standards, process receipts timely, and ensure shelves are stocked and priced correctly.
  8. Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications
