YESWAY is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our gas station and convenience store. We prefer candidates with experience in customer service or the convenience store industry.

Essential Functions:

• Assist the Store Manager with management duties, including employee training and store responsibilities.
• Schedule employees for shifts.
• Resolve store issues, including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits, merchandise placement, and stocking.
• Oversee guest transactions to ensure hospitality.
• Monitor profits, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations, and retail waste.

Requirements:
