Position Overview

Assistant Store Managers lead store operations to deliver excellent customer service, achieve operational and financial goals, and adhere to company policies. They perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative, assist the Store Manager with daily operations, and step in as acting manager when needed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain exemplary customer service and build relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Foster a strong customer service culture
  • Support the Store Manager in implementing strategies to meet store goals
  • Assist in recruiting, developing, and motivating team members
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations
  • Perform CSR duties and supervise CSR activities in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Analyze financial data to increase sales
  • Market within the community to grow market share and revenue
  • Resolve customer complaints to enhance satisfaction
  • Assist with scheduling, cash management, and store audits
  • Review communication and training materials to stay updated on policies
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • At least one year management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant industries

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods

  • Manage multiple tasks and handle interruptions effectively
