Position Overview

Assistant Store Managers lead store operations to deliver outstanding customer service, meet all operational and financial goals, and adhere to company policies. They perform all Customer Service Representative duties, assist the Store Manager in daily operations, and in the absence of the Store Manager, direct all team members’ activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain exemplary customer service and build relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Foster a strong customer service culture within the store.
  • Assist in implementing strategies to meet store goals.
  • Support recruitment, development, and motivation of store team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Perform CSR duties and supervise CSR activities in the absence of the Store Manager, including transactions and cash handling.
  • Analyze financial data to increase sales and maximize profitability.
  • Engage in community marketing to grow market share and revenue.
  • Resolve customer complaints to improve satisfaction.
  • Assist with scheduling, cash management, and store audits.
  • Review all communications and training materials to stay updated on policies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • At least one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant industries.
  • Ability and confidence to engage with customers.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Desire to exceed company initiatives and inspire team excellence.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High-energy, collaborative management style.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Lift up to 15 lbs. with minimal assistance.
  • Work in confined spaces and noisy environments.
  • Manage multiple tasks and handle interruptions effectively.
