This role offers hands-on experience to develop your supervisory skills, coaching abilities, passion for coffee and tea, and business acumen. You will learn how to manage a multi-million-dollar store, develop great teams, and serve as a community meeting place, setting a foundation for future careers in store management and leadership.

Vacation hours vary by state and role, with specifics provided for different locations. The base pay depends on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. The Assistant Store Manager role is overtime eligible, with hours not guaranteed.
