Job summary

Bon Bon Belle Bridal in Port Washington is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the team and deliver exceptional bridal experiences. You will train Bridal Stylists, greet brides, direct appointments, and maintain a polished store environment.

You will manage the store on Wednesday/Thursday evenings and Sundays, call clients before visits, and drive sales through client-focused service in a luxury bridal setting.

Qualifications

• Experienced in retail and/or bridal sales, ideally at a Bon Bon Belle store.
• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma required or preferred.
• Strong multitasking and sales skills with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer inquiries and provide excellent service.
• Own the training role for Bridal Stylists and train new employees.
• Manage the store on Wednesday/Thursday evenings and Sundays.
• Call clients before appointments to gather necessary details.
• Host dress appointments and guide brides to say yes to their dress.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure displays are clean and stocked.
• Daily housekeeping and general upkeep of the store.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and stay current on trends.

Description Title: Assistant Store Manager, Bon Bon Belle - Port Washington

Bon Bon Belle Bridal is looking for a strong Assistant Manager who is committed to providing a memorable experience for all customers who visit our store. Our goal is to provide brides from all over the world with an experience of a lifetime, with genuine stylists and gowns that feel like an extension of themselves in every way. The Job

What do you have to do?

• Customer Service: greeting customers in a timely manner, answering phones, replying to customer inquiries, and ensuring all customers are taken care of.
• Issue Escalation: resolve issues with customers in a professional manner.
• New Hire Training: own the training role for Bridal Stylists. Train new employees using our extensive training curriculum.
• Management: Responsible for managing the store on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, as well as Sundays.
• Pre-Call Rockstar: Call our customers before their appointments to obtain all necessary details prior to their visit to Bon Bon Belle.
• Sales: host brides and their guests for dress appointments, act as subject matter expert guiding brides to say yes to their perfect dress.
• Service: providing the best service possible to wow each customer and guest in our store.
• Visual Merchandising: positively contribute to our store's appearance-ensure the store looks beautiful and all displays are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Daily housekeeping and general upkeep of the store: all team members contribute to the cleanliness of the store, including sweeping of floors, ensuring the bathroom is clean and stocked, organizing the dresses, maintaining glassware cleanliness and organization, and general tidying of the store each shift.
• Continuous improvement: train on new products, terminology and new trends, including attending the Monthly Staff meeting.

Schedule

– Tuesdays: 9:00am-5:00pm

– Wednesdays & Thursdays: 10:30am-7:30pm

– Fridays & Sundays: 8:30am-5:30pm

– Mondays and Saturdays are your days off!

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: Bon Bon Belle - Port Washington

Compensation: $40,000 per year (base salary) plus bonuses and tips
