Bon Bon Belle Bridal in Madison, WI is seeking a part-time Bridal Stylist to help brides shine. Host bridal appointments, pull dresses, and provide expert styling in a friendly, guest-focused environment.

• Participate in ongoing training and monthly staff meetings to build expertise in inventory, designers, styles, fabrics, and pricing.

What do bridal stylists do?

• Relational Sales: Host brides and their guests for bridal appointments, build trust, understand each bride’s style, priorities, and budget, and guide her confidently through the shopping experience with the goal of closing the sale. (Direct sales experience is invaluable for entering this role.)
• Bridal Styling & Expertise: Select and pull dresses based on each bride’s needs, assist with try ons in the fitting room, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on styles, designers, fabrics, trends, fit, and budget considerations.
• Customer Service & Experience: Create an incredible, personalized experience for every bride and guest while also supporting the broader customer experience by greeting guests, answering phones, responding to inquiries, and ensuring customers are taken care of throughout their time with us. Make every bride feel truly gorgeous.
• Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation: Help maintain a beautiful, organized, and welcoming store by keeping displays clean and stocked, organizing dresses and merchandise, and ensuring merchandise is presented thoughtfully.
• Daily Housekeeping & Store Upkeep: Share responsibility for the everyday cleanliness and organization of the store, including sweeping floors, maintaining and stocking the bathroom, caring for glassware, organizing dresses, and completing general tidying throughout each shift.
• Continuous Training & Product Knowledge: Participate in ongoing training and monthly staff meetings to build expertise in our inventory, designers, styles, fabrics, bridal terminology, trends, and pricing so you can confidently advise brides and support the sales process.

Position Details

Type: Part-Time

Schedule: ~27 hours per week, with at least 2 weekend days (Fri/Sat/Sun)

Compensation: $12/hour + Bonuses + Tips (Avg. of $24–38 per hour)

• Someone who lives within 30 minutes of the store
• Interested in bridal styling, fashion, or design

• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
