Key Responsibilities

• Work across multiple stores in the district.
• Operate during day shifts; location closed on Sundays; office closes at 6pm.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Meet sales goals through rentals, insurance, and supplies.
• Assist customers with rental processes and agreements.
• Maintain facilities (cleaning, light bulbs, etc.).
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Run errands and travel between stores if needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year customer-facing experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (except NYC).
• High school diploma or GED.
