We are seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager for our new Fabletics Retail Store at Waterford Lakes Town Center in Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and peers in training store associates and engaging customers.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Manage daily store activities aligned with company and store goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain merchandising standards to facilitate easy shopping and add value.
• Provide feedback across organizational levels to improve business performance.
• Meet and exceed sales objectives and uphold safety standards.
• Assist with inventory unpacking and stocking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year management experience in retail; prior management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (yoga, cycling, Pilates, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity, initiative-taking, and familiarity with retail POS systems.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Additional Details

This role involves physical activity such as standing, moving, reaching, and occasional climbing.
