The Good Feet Store is a specialty retail store committed to health, wellness, and improving the quality of life of our clients by selling custom-fit Arch Support systems and specialty products tailored to individual needs. At Feet First Partners, our Assistant Store Managers are fully trained Certified Arch Support Specialists (2-week Paid Training and Certification provided). They play a crucial role in assessing client needs, educating on benefits, recommending suitable products, and leading a team to do the same.

Responsibilities
  • Train and develop your team to meet goals through mentorship.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and foster lasting relationships.
  • Analyze data to drive sales and improve store performance.
  • Educate customers on arch support benefits and assist with product fitting.
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory and client scheduling.

Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in sales growth, meeting/exceeding goals.
  • 1+ years in a supervisory, customer-facing role.
  • Enjoy active participation in sales and team leadership.
  • Support a culture of diligent, empathetic problem-solving.
  • Lead by example, actively engaging with the team.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Teams, Excel, POS).
  • Availability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
