Join Our Team as Assistant Store Manager - Fairview Heights, IL at DTLR, Inc.

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team and ensure our customers have the best experience every time they visit a DTLR store.

Position Summary

The primary role of the Assistant Store Manager is to support the Store Manager in daily store operations, maximizing sales and profitability through merchandising, managing expenses and inventory, training staff, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the performance of store staff and ensure quality service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Lead and motivate the team to meet store goals.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating employees.
  • Help manage expenses and monitor store operations for compliance and safety.
  • Support training in sales techniques and merchandising.
  • Maintain high customer service standards.
  • Participate in inventory counts and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year retail management experience.

Compensation

Hourly pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00, with bonus opportunities. Full-time roles include benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401K.
