This role offers hands-on experience to develop your supervisory skills, coaching abilities, coffee/tea passion, and business acumen. It provides a foundational understanding of store management, including creating success for a multi-million-dollar business, building and developing great teams, and creating a welcoming community meeting place. These principles set partners up for success in store management and leadership careers.
**_Using a mix of online learning, classroom training, and hands-on mentorship, you’ll learn how to:_**

The actual base pay will depend on factors such as knowledge, experience, location, and internal equity. It is uncommon to be hired at the top of the pay range, and compensation decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. The Assistant Store Manager role is overtime eligible, but overtime hours are not guaranteed.
