Role: Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in achieving sales and service targets, maintaining best practices, and identifying areas for improvement in store operations. Your efforts will contribute to providing an excellent experience for both customers and team members.

What you will do:

1. Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a professional store team to meet company goals and improve individual performance.
2. Collaborate with training teams to develop a high-standard team.
3. Set weekly and monthly objectives for the team.
4. Ensure all employees present themselves professionally according to company policies and deliver the highest level of customer service to maximize sales and create a personalized shopping experience.
5. Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and according to visual guidelines.
6. Work with support departments to utilize company resources effectively.
7. Coordinate with Human Resources on policies, procedures, and development plans for the store team.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
