About The Team

The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) will be a dedicated Pandora enthusiast. As the ASM, you will immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and products, taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role supports the Store Manager and is key to our store’s success. You will spend quality time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and working alongside the team to drive sales.

Requirements to Build Your Career With Us

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment demonstrating results-oriented leadership.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a caring approach that captivates and connects at all organizational levels.
• Sharp business acumen and analytical skills to deliver positive results.
• Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
• Minimum age of 18, with proof of identity and work eligibility.
• A flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for long periods, lift over 50 pounds, and arrive punctually.
