Position Overview: In this leadership role, the Assistant Store Manager champions our commitment to quality, service, integrity, and teamwork by:
• Creating a positive experience and culture every day for employees.
• Modeling excellent customer service and training store personnel to do the same.
• Managing business operations to ensure efficiency, happy guests, and profitability.
• Handling administrative tasks such as providing reports, tracking and reconciling coupons and certificates, and creating and posting work schedules.
• Ensuring safety and compliance with operational, health, and labor laws at all levels.
• Monitoring cash procedures, bank deposits, cash drawers, reconciliation, and cash variances.
• Creating an exceptional pizza experience for every guest.
• Assuming store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
