Job summary

AT&T in Norman, OK is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations and lead a team of retail sales consultants. You will partner with the store manager on merchandising, product launches, and initiatives to meet or exceed sales goals while ensuring outstanding customer experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.

Our Assistant Store Managers earn $42,800 – $64,200 in annual salary plus $18,000+ in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
