Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Bismarck to partner with the store manager, oversee daily operations, and drive sales and exceptional guest experiences. You will coach a team, assist with merchandising and launches, and participate in off-site events to meet objectives.

You will lead with a focus on developing people, enhancing performance, and delivering best-in-class service across AT&T products and services, including wireless, entertainment, and technology

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.

Responsibilities

Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $47,500.00 - $71,300.00 + commission $18,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
