Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations in Las Vegas, working with a store manager to drive sales and exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, participate in merchandising and product launches, and contribute to off-site events and promotional activities. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and cross-team collaboration to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $47,500.00 - $71,300.00 + commission $18,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
