Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of management experience in food service or related leadership
• Ability to work physically all shifts up front with guests and staff
• Friendly, enthusiastic, energetic personality
• Lead by example, uphold high standards in a fast-paced environment
• Support team growth through coaching and feedback
• Reliable transportation
• Full-time availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Positive employment history with references

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing and walking
• Occasional lifting up to 55 pounds
• Climbing ladders, stairs, ramps as needed
• Use of POS systems and equipment
• Repetitive wrist and spine movements
• Reaching, turning, working around fountain area
