SUMMARY
Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and achieving critical metrics including safety, sales, parts & service growth, customer experience and overall profitability. Leading sales team to grow trailer & truck bed sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate at the management level to ensure the store is opened and closed each business day to ensure proper security andcustomer service. Help create effective schedules. This is shared accountability with the Store Manager.
- Coach and lead sales employees, including personal sales, to meet or exceed dealership sales and margin goals.
- Assist in management of the parts and service department including the warranty process to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded, productivity is high, and customers have a positive experience.
- Ensure that all store standards are consistently met including, but not limited to safety, cleanliness, security, customer service, cash handling, banking, regulatory compliance, etc.
- Partnering with PSS owning parts inventory. Ensure that products are ordered in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure that products are properly received, stocked, and priced when they come in. Including assembly of trailers.
- Maintain complete and accurate inventory details with photos in IMS to support marketing.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Work week to include Monday thru Saturday (excepting company holidays), recognizing that the store should be properly staffed at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of management experience in a retail or sales environment preferred.
- 3-5 years of sales experience preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License.

- Human Resources: Ensure the store is fully staffed, manage employee training, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Safety & Security: Ensure the safety of employees, customers, and assets by following safety and security protocols and maintaining proper training.
