Our Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager with all operational and commercial activities in your store, providing clear leadership to establish a high-performance team that drives sales, achieves KPIs, and delivers exceptional customer service.

You will embody our PRIDE values—being Passionate, Inspiring, and Resourceful—and have a proven track record of maximizing sales and profitability in a fast-paced, commercially driven retail environment. As an Imaginative and Dedicated Manager, you will coach and develop your team to reach their full potential and demonstrate your knowledge and passion for The White Company.

**What you'll be doing:**

  • Maximize contribution by helping to achieve sales targets and controlling costs.
  • Assist the Store Manager in managing store costs without compromising store objectives.
  • Assist with training, developing, and motivating staff to achieve high levels of customer service and performance.
  • Manage the customer experience as part of The White Company's multi-channel strategy.
