1. Assist the Store Manager with managing the sales floor, visual standards, and daily routines including opening and closing the store and registers, deposits, and shipment receipt.
2. Develop and train associates at all levels, fostering a team-oriented environment based on store needs.
3. Implement loss prevention and safety procedures into daily operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months management experience in retail or non-retail environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to train, lead, and develop staff.

• Cash register proficiency.
