A Typical Shift

You’ll arrive early for an opening shift or step in for a busy evening handoff, check the day’s priorities, and get the space ready for a steady flow of clients. Between walk-ins, calls, and scheduled appointments, you’ll stay visible on the floor—keeping things organized, communicating updates, and helping the team stay on pace. During high-volume stretches, you’ll pivot quickly, keep the atmosphere professional, and make sure details don’t slip. At close, you’ll help wrap up the day, confirm everything is secured, and set the next shift up for a clean start.
