Job summary

Tattoo Partners in Houston, TX is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in running smooth, client-ready studio operations while protecting service standards and safety. This entry-level, onsite role is full time in Houston, TX at $18.00/hour and requires a flexible schedule with evening/weekend availability plus opening/closing shifts.

You’ll assist with front-of-house service, meet sales and service goals, handle opening/closing procedures, cash handling and security

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a supervisory/lead role in retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing setting
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfort with POS systems and fast-paced, client-facing work

Responsibilities

• Support front-of-house service and issue resolution
• Help the team meet sales and service goals
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, deposits, and security steps
• Coaching and training team members
• Support scheduling coverage
• Maintain accurate POS, inventory, and daily records
