Position Overview:

In this engaging leadership role, the Assistant Store Manager champions BBQ Holdings' commitment to quality, service, integrity, and teamwork by:

1. Creating a positive experience and culture every day for employees
2. Modeling excellent customer service and training store personnel to do the same
3. Managing business operations to ensure efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability
4. Handling administrative tasks such as reporting, tracking coupons and certificates, and scheduling staff
5. Ensuring safety and compliance with operational and health laws
6. Monitoring cash procedures, deposits, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy
7. Providing a great pizza experience for every guest
8. Assuming store operations in the absence of the Store Manager

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1-2 years supervisory experience in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant
• ServSafe certification
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office and POS systems
• Ability to meet deadlines and work as part of a team
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform related tasks
