The Assistant Store Manager is the second in command and is responsible for the successful operation and profitability of the store, including training, directing, and monitoring all department staff.

High school diploma or GED required; 1-2 years management experience in grocery or retail, preferably in natural foods. Certifications in food safety and forklift operation are required or obtainable. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary.
