Assistant Managers support the Store Manager and other team members in delivering an exceptional guest shopping experience.
Store team members, Store Manager, District Manager, and corporate personnel and vendors.
High School or GED.
1 year retail or food experience; completion of Assistant Manager Training program required before assignment.
1-2 years in retail, guest service, or restaurant leadership roles.
ServSafe/Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.
This position primarily covers second shifts, opposite the Store Manager, requiring availability on nights, weekends, and holidays.
Full-time, up to 40 hours per week.
Travel may be 5-10% for store coverage and meetings; ability to independently deliver deposits with own vehicle is required.
Physical requirements include lifting up to 40 pounds, standing for 8 hours, and working in cooler environments.
Specialized attire such as hats, visors, and gloves are provided.
Preferred previous management experience of 2 years and a degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s). Stable work history and proficient computer skills are advantageous.
