Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and ensure a clean, customer-friendly environment.

You will supervise employees, assist with merchandising, deposits, and paperwork, and help schedule and train staff while upholding company policies and safety standards. You will actively participate in inventory control, planogram adherence, and drive profitability through attentive service and secure cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations by maintaining a clean, organized environment focused on customer satisfaction.
• Assist with supervising employees, managing merchandise presentation, completing paperwork, and preparing deposits.
• Perform stocking and cashiering duties to maximize profitability and protect assets.
• Provide superior customer service by greeting, assisting customers, and operating the cash register.
• Help with employee scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise processes including receiving, stocking, rotating, and display setup.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through damage control, markdowns, scanning, and paperwork.
• Ensure merchandise presentation aligns with planograms and store standards.
• Uphold financial integrity via cashier accountability, key control, and cash procedures, including refunds, overrides, register counts, and deposits.
• Support store management in the absence of the Store Manager.
