LS Solutions is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations at our Columbia, SC location. You will help oversee staff, ensure merchandise presentation aligns with planograms, and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will also manage cash handling, inventory accuracy, and store deposits while supporting the Store Manager with scheduling and safety meetings. This role requires flexibility to perform various duties to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.

• Assist in opening and closing the store, managing deposits, and performing cashier functions.
• Support the Store Manager in staff scheduling, safety meetings, and store management in their absence.
