Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support a clean, organized store focused on customer satisfaction. Under the Store Manager's guidance, they oversee store employees, merchandise presentation, paperwork, and deposits.

You will greet customers, operate registers, assist in scheduling, training, safety meetings, and ensure policy compliance. You will manage merchandise flow, inventory, planograms, and protect financial assets through cash handling and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory, control damages and markdowns, handle paperwork and facility controls.
• Support planogram implementation and ensure presentation meets standards.
• Protect assets through cashier accountability, key control, and cash handling.
• Authorize refunds, overrides, count tills, and manage deposits.
• Assist in store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
