Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Greensboro to help oversee daily store operations and lead a team of retail sales consultants. You will partner with the store manager on merchandising, product launches, and meeting sales objectives while ensuring a superior customer experience with AT&T services.

You’ll drive outreach, participate in off-site events, and engage in best-in-class training to prepare you for leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
