Job summary

Dollarama in California is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will act as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence, supervise staff, and uphold company standards.

Open to full‑time candidates with 2+ years of retail and 2+ years in leadership, offering competitive pay, benefits, and a pension matching program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of retail experience.
• At least two (2) years in a supervisory or management role.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
