Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:30am- 5:30pm & Saturday 8:00am- 3:00pm

Job Summary

Sanel NAPA is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Assistant Store Manager for our Exeter, NH location. This role is perfect for someone who values structure, professionalism, and teamwork. You’ll help lead a team focused on safety, accuracy, and delivering excellent customer service to our retail and wholesale clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all team members and customers by following safety procedures and protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, including vehicles and stock areas
• Follow company policies, store standards, and operational procedures consistently
• Assist with daily store operations including inventory, order processing, and customer service
• Provide clear instruction, support, and coaching to team members
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to meet goals and improve performance
• Use point-of-sale and inventory systems accurately
• Build relationships with customers and ensure a reliable service experience
• Maintain professionalism and attention to detail in all communication and documentation
• Perform additional duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training a plus
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required
• Automotive parts knowledge or mechanical interest preferred
• Comfortable using computers and inventory systems
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, bend, stoop, climb, and stand for long periods
• Professional communication skills and customer service mindset
• Detail-oriented with a consistent, steady work approach
• Ability to interpret and follow operational reports and written instructions
