When you join our team as an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll take on key store management responsibilities including supervising daily store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational plans while identifying training opportunities for team growth.

Position Details:

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 38 hours/week
• Starting Wage: $24.40/hour
• Wage Increase: Year 2 - $25.50/hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve results
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations
• Identify training opportunities for team development
• Model company values and promote teamwork
• Monitor the community environment and advise on adjustments
• Provide product feedback and participate in hiring processes
• Ensure compliance with inventory, product handling, and cash policies
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain safety standards
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage
• Assist with stock levels, merchandising, and product quality
• Support payroll, inventory, and training goals
• Supervise daily team operations and ensure customer service excellence
• Uphold company policies and confidentiality
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands:

• Stocking, lifting up to 45 pounds, and store maintenance activities

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ years old

Education and Experience:
