1. Assist the Store Manager in all operational and leadership aspects of the store
2. Drive sales and customer satisfaction
3. Train and coach store associates

Requirements:

• 2+ years of retail sales or customer service experience
• Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Strong leadership and customer management skills
• Customer service-oriented with knowledge of basic business processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
