A leading auto parts retailer is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations and customer service. The role involves leading the team, managing store activities in the absence of the Store Manager, and ensuring excellent customer service. Compensation Pay Range:
$15.00 - $20.00
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums that may be paid in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable.
The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This position manages the store during the Store Manager’s absence and/or when working opposing shifts. The Assistant Manager is expected to lead the store team in servicing customers.
