Job summary

RoShay Services in Bethel Park, PA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and profitability. You will lead customer service efforts, help supervise staff, and ensure efficient cash handling and security procedures.

Responsibilities include opening/closing shifts, scheduling, training, merchandise receiving and stocking, and implementing planograms for strong product presentation. You’ll step in for the Store Manager when needed.

• Assist in store management duties in the absence of the Store Manager.
