Position Responsibilities

• Participate in daily store operations with the management team.
• Take responsibility for store operations in the absence of management.
• Assist with coaching, training, and developing staff.
• Maintain good relations with customers and donors, resolve complaints, and ensure efficient service.
• Coordinate shift change meetings and supervise staff performance in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible hours between 10am-6pm, 7 days a week.
• Effective communication skills with management, staff, customers, and donors.
• Previous retail and supervisory experience required.
• Ability to operate or learn POS/Cash Register.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist.
• Ability to grasp, push, pull objects.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
