• Support Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store
• Assist in overall store operations to maximize sales and profitability
• Establish and maintain guest services
• Develop staff, control expenses, shrinkage, and manage merchandising and inventory

Qualifications:

• Minimum age 18
• Flexible schedule
• Prior retail management experience required

Physical Demands:

8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly rate: $17.50 - $17.75, dependent on qualifications and experience

Benefits include: Colorado Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay, End of Season Premium Pay. All bonuses and pay programs are subject to qualifications.
