What You’ll Do
  • Support store performance by managing sales, expenses, and operations including merchandising, customer service, scheduling, shipping, and receiving, with a focus on minimizing shrink and damages.
  • Attract, recruit, and develop top talent through training and mentorship. Foster a positive environment for associates and customers.
  • Communicate and execute action plans for projects, targets, and initiatives. Contribute to succession planning.
  • Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and service goals. Coordinate loss prevention and improve store layout and efficiency.
About You
  • Minimum 2 years retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and empower teams.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of influencing and mentoring.
  • Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, safety, and loss prevention with effective follow-through.
