Position Overview: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting the Store Manager in daily operations, maintaining inventories, and ensuring the store's appearance and organization.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates on operational practices.
• Assist in unloading merchandise, organizing stock, and transferring items from stockroom to sales floor.
• Support in ordering merchandise, record keeping, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Participate in loss prevention efforts.
• Take on management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Position Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Retail management experience preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly, with occasional lifting up to 55 lbs, and perform physical activities such as walking, standing, stooping, and climbing.
• Availability: Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Skills & Competencies: Customer focus, organizational skills, communication, problem-solving, and relationship management.
