Job Description

Essential Duties:

  • Serve and educate customers on our product portfolio, presenting options that meet their needs.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the store manager, District Director of Operations (DDO), or corporate office.
  • Answer inquiries via telephone regarding questions, applications, or requests.
  • Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls following regulations and store expectations.
  • Respond professionally to customer concerns, explaining solutions and ensuring support and value.
  • Handle cash, manage cash drawers, and perform deposits, including bank pickups if necessary.
  • Balance daily receipts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Verify customer information and process transactions accurately, including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend services.
  • Comply with federal and state regulations, company policies, and complete required trainings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or cash handling preferred.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
  • Commitment to core values of accountability, inclusiveness, transparency, and focus.

Physical Demands:

  • Work in a retail/call center environment.
  • Handle cash extensively.
  • Extended periods of standing, computer use, and phone usage.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs with accommodations.

Travel / Attendance:

  • Travel within the district, possibly overnight.
  • Work scheduled shifts.
