Job Description
Imagine using your automotive or customer service expertise daily with wholesale and retail customers, serving as a leader to your team, and helping NAPA become the market's dominant parts supplier. Responsibilities
- Create a superior customer service experience to maximize market penetration, store growth, sales, and profitability.
- Provide daily leadership and foster a culture of employee engagement.
- Partner with teammates to drive store initiatives.
- Care about people and profit.
- Support your team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Lead store operations to maximize sales and profits.
- Build, coach, and train the team to deliver excellent customer care and achieve business results.
- Manage inventory, assets, safety, and cleanliness of the store and delivery vehicles.
- Implement operational and marketing programs, aiming for continuous improvement.
- Develop customer relationships, assist with sales questions, and ensure a positive experience both in-store and over the phone.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school courses are a plus.
- Experience or willingness to learn about the automotive aftermarket industry.
- Passion for customer service and building long-term relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Preferred: automotive industry background, experience in retail or management, ASE Certifications, NAPA Know How.
