Role Description

The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cape Girardeau, MO. This position supports the Store Manager by overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, inventory checks, and cash handling. The Assistant Store Manager leads and coaches team members to achieve sales goals, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure a welcoming store environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, managing customer inquiries and concerns, monitoring store performance, and helping to implement company promotions. The role also involves maintaining visual standards, supporting loss prevention efforts, and upholding company policies and procedures.
