Job Description

Responsibilities
- Create a superior customer service experience to maximize market penetration, store growth, sales, and profitability
- Provide daily leadership and foster a culture of employee engagement
- Partner with teammates to drive store initiatives

- Lead a successful team, support the store manager, and manage store operations in a fast-paced environment
- Manage sales, profits, and customer service
- Build, coach, train, and engage the team to deliver excellent customer care and results
- Oversee inventory protection, asset management, safety, and cleanliness of the store and delivery vehicles
- Implement operational and marketing programs, aiming for continuous improvement
- Develop customer relationships, assist with sales questions, and ensure positive experiences both in-store and on the phone
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school courses or degree preferred
- Experience or willingness to learn about the automotive aftermarket, hobby/DIY, or related fields
- Passion for customer care and building long-term relationships
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to lift 60 lbs
- Preferred: Automotive industry background, ASE Certifications, NAPA Know How, experience in retail or automotive service industries
