The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in creating a positive customer experience at Rally House. They lead in customer service, visual presentation, receiving and inventory management, payroll, and operational expenses to meet store goals. They coach and develop team members on Rally House culture and provide daily guidance to Team Sales Leads, Receiving and Inventory Specialists, and Sales Associates. This role involves overseeing daily tasks, engaging with guests, managing team productivity, and maintaining enthusiasm and attention to detail. Ideal candidates are sports fans with aspirations to advance into management roles.
Must be able to stand, walk, talk, hear, use hands, reach, differentiate colors, and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work around equipment and ladders is required.
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
