The Assistant Store Manager will coordinate and support activities to optimize store revenues and savings, improve productivity, and ensure the delivery of outstanding service to all customers. She/he will be responsible for the efficient and profitable management of the retail location when the store manager is unavailable.
Some college preferred; high school diploma or GED required. At least two years of supervisory and retail experience, with training and supervision of staff in store operations. Flexibility in working hours is necessary.
Direct supervision of sales staff and production staff. Reports directly to the retail manager.
Primarily indoor work environment. Donated goods may be dusty or soiled. Personal Protective Equipment may be required.
