Role: Assistant Store Manager
You will support the Store Manager in achieving sales and service targets, maintaining best practices, and identifying areas for improvement in store operations to ensure an excellent experience for customers and team members.
Responsibilities:
- Support Store Manager in leading and developing a professional store team to meet company goals and improve individual performance.
- Collaborate with training teams to develop a high-standard team.
- Set weekly and monthly objectives for the team.
- Ensure all employees present themselves professionally according to company policies and deliver high-quality customer service to maximize sales and create a personalized experience.
- Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed following visual guidelines.
- Work with support departments to utilize company resources effectively.
- Coordinate with Human Resources on policies, procedures, and staff development plans.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, or service roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
