Job Description: The primary role of the Assistant Manager/Manager in Training is to develop and demonstrate the skills necessary to successfully oversee the operation of a Maplefields Store in the absence of a manager. This individual also assists the Store Manager with day-to-day activities, staff development, and training, ensuring company standards are met at all times.
